I am looking for a way to do end of year tax receipts for donors to our church. Is there an easy one click way to do that with your program?
All Member information is entered into One Vision. Contributions are entered into One Vision as well.
Then, the end of year donor tax receipts can easily be generated by One Vision. It's as simple as selecting and printing a report.
For detailed instructions refer to the One Vision built-in Help Files. Go to the section entitled
"The Process", then the sub-section entitled "Reports and Letters."

How do I create just one address label per household?
In the list of reports to print (where we select Address Labels), there is also an option that says Address
Labels One Per Household. It's down near the bottom of the list. This will create one label for the head of household (as you setup). Obviously, there's no need to set up a head of houshold for homes with only one name entered!
